Your information and the SYA store
We collect information needed to process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the store and communicate with customers who have given appropriate consent. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, order details, device information and interactions with the website.
Payment information is processed through Shopify and authorised payment providers; SYA does not receive your complete card or UPI credentials. Information may be shared with service providers such as payment gateways, logistics partners and technology providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the store.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations. Marketing preferences can be changed using the unsubscribe option in messages.
