Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. COD is not available at launch. Orders must be paid through the available secure prepaid methods.

When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹799 and above across serviceable locations in India.
Do you accept returns?
No. Personal-care products are not returnable due to hygiene considerations. Eligible replacement requests for damaged, defective, leaking or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and, where requested, an unboxing video.
Is SYA only for women?
No. SYA is an inclusive skincare brand for everyone, although our main audience and current imagery primarily focus on women.
